  • How to describe the program correctly (and what not to say).
  • Core vs Core Plus structure and common “trick question” traps.
  • How IUA / guidelines language should be explained safely.
  • How to calculate household savings correctly (including the Gold Plus + Silver flat-rate rule).
  • What to do when a member asks about something complex: verify, document, escalate.
